LINDSAY BOUDREAUX, ASID

 Founder & Principal Designer

A native of New Orleans, LA, and a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette School of Architecture and Design, Lindsay is the founder and principal of Shotgun Double and a full-time mom of two sweet & energetic boys.

She moved to Washington DC in 2001 to work for the celebrated modern classicist Allan Greenberg Architect, where she focused on developing the traditional interior architectural detailing for large-scale residential, university, and commercial spaces. While there, she studied for the NCIDQ and became a licensed interior designer in 2004.

In 2006 she joined the award-winning hospitality design studio Adamstein & Demetriou as an interior design project manager.  There she was part of the dynamic team responsible for the interior design of contemporary restaurants and hotels such as the original Circa (at Dupont) and The Dupont Hotel.

In 2009 Lindsay founded Shotgun Double Interior Design and became certified LEED AP.  In the early days of Shotgun Double, Lindsay tried on many hats, providing interior design consulting to a range of project types – from 10K SF new construction homes in Potomac, MD, to flips of historic rowhouses in DC, to unique government renovations at The Navy Yard and Walter Reed.  High-end residential design in Northern VA and the greater DC metro area is now her studio’s primary focus.
