Our designs are proof that the right mix of materials, as well as a smart floor plan can bring a big impact to small spaces. We worked with this young family over the course of five years to make gradual, but impactful, improvements to each room in this house. What started as a tiny, 3-bedroom bungalow in the historic Rosemont District of Alexandria City, ended up being a glamorous little gem with 5 bedrooms and (at least) one spectacular bathroom! This project showcases how we are able to work with a few existing pieces from a client, and build on them to round out each room into a space that is comfortable, functional, and reflective of their personal style.
