The Process

We roll up our sleeves and get to work, taking everything we've learned about you and your home and translating it into a full design concept – space planning, material selections, furnishing choices, and all the considered details that make a space feel like it couldn't belong to anyone else. We refine as we go until the design feels exactly right before moving into the next phase. Plan for 8–12 weeks for a complete design, though larger projects may take a little longer.

Once the design is locked in, we handle every detail of bringing it to life. As a Shotgun Double client, you'll have access to custom furnishings and special trade pricing. We handle all the ordering, and everything ships directly to our trusted receiving warehouse – where it's unboxed, inspected, assembled, and stored until the big day. No chasing down deliveries or wrestling with damaged boxes. Our procurement manager keeps you updated as we go.

While your project is under construction, we're right there with you. Our team manages communication with your general contractor and their trades, keeping a close eye on timelines and making sure the design intent carries through every phase of the process. Consider us your advocates on the ground – sweating the details so you don't have to.

The wait is over. On installation day(s), it’s all hands on deck for our team as we place, style, and perfect every last detail, giving you a truly turnkey experience. After our final walkthrough, we welcome you home to a space that’s inviting, refined, and ready for living.
